We have updated the Maps JavaScript to version 1.29 for Google Local/Maps and version 1.28 for the Google Maps API. Remember that you can test your site with version 1.29 by requesting v=1.29 in your Google Maps API <script> tag.
This release should not update core functionality in any visible way. Please let us know if you see any unintended changes to the behavior of the API.
