New revisions for v1 and v2

We are about to release revisions 2.44 of API v2 and 1.31 of API v1. Although there are no major changes in the current v2 revision, the new v1 revision includes the enhanced imagery you all love from v2. Assuming no major complications we will make 1.31 the v1 default sometime next week. We highly encourage everyone still using v1 to upgrade to 1.31!
